Murphy’s CELL-TECH was responsible for Insulation, and became responsible for Air-Leakage Control as construction progressed. NuWool Engineered Cellulose was used in the steel stud cavities. Foam board fastened to the exterior shell. Foam insulated panels were used in the roof. The Blower Door Test established the air-leakage rate to be 0.15 ACH at Natural, besting the specified goal of 0.35 ACH at Natural.
